Well said. Local leadership

Well said. Local leadership can be the strength of the locality as a community or the slow srangle-hold of the few with the most power. As for party lines in local governments don't we see how that's 'working'(what a joke) at state & federal levels - a drunken snail moves faster. The current party-lines are fractured unable to achieve ANY agreement on anything, except making sure they get paid their $174,000+ per year for their gridlock. It was in 2016/15, I think Congress 'worked' (it's a joke!) a grand total of 106 days. Who wouldn't want to make that kind of salary while getting nothing done for the citizens of USA. Local government officials affects our daily lives for better or worse. Charlotte is a prime example of 1 city's decision cause & affect that ripped nation-wide... Vote for your local leaders, they too are paid by us employ the best for you money. Thanks for the reminder Colin Campbell
